We use this as a wonderful replacement for regular grated Parmesan cheese. Why not sprinkle on pasta, salads, french fries, or popcorn? This is a garlicky blend that is just right so many uses.
As with all our rubs, we recommend ‘rub’bing it directly into your meats prior to grilling at least 30 minutes, and ideally overnight. Store in the fridge in sealable plastic. Dry rubs require a little moisture from the surface of the meat to stay on, but as the meat cooks and releases juices our rub will create a wonderfully flavored crust.
