Pepper Jelly
A unique marriage of sweet & spicy, our Pepper Jelly is a blend of
three chilies; jalapeno, Anaheim and red. The 'bite' comes after the
supple sweetness. This is flavor drenched, folks.
We like to use
it as a glaze and grill with it - imagine pork, chicken or shrimp! We
make a simple appetizer by spooning it over cream cheese and serving
with crackers! If you are adventurous, try this: slather on bread,
layer on sliced turkey and mozzarella cheese. Broil open-faced until
bubbly! Serve and enjoy!
